Form Settings

Create, edit or delete the forms.
You can use the forms you created when you create circulars/reports.
* You should open Sub-window to use this function.

1. To Add a Form

Step 1-1. Click [Form Settings]
Click [Display Preferences] in [Form Settings].


Step 1-2. Click .
Click on the form list.


Step 1-3. Enter or Specify the Information
Enter or specify the information on the register screen.
Field Description
Form Name Type a name of the form.
Form Type a format text.
* Please refer Creating HTML Formatted Content for more information.

Step 1-4. Click .
Click this button to create the form. The form will be displayed in the list.



2. To Edit a Form


Step 2-1. Click [Form Settings]
The same as the step 1-1.

Step 2-2. Click "Form Name" Link
Click "Form Name" link of the form you want to edit.


Step 2-3. Enter or Specify the Information
Edit the form in the edit screen.

Step 2-4. Click .
Click this button to save changes.
* Click [Delete] button to delete the form.



3. To Delete Forms


Step 3-1. Click [Form Settings]
The same as the step 1-1.

Step 3-2. Select the Documents You Want to Delete
Select the forms you want to delete in the [Selection Range].

Checked The forms in state will be selected in the list.
All
the Forms in This Page
All the forms displayed in this page will be selected.
All All the forms will be selected regardless of whether forms are displayed in the list or not.

Step 3-3. Click .
When you click this button a confirmation message will be displayed.

Step 3-4. Click .
Click this button to delete them.
