Creating Circular/Report

Step 1. Click
Click [Create New Circular/Report] button in the lower right of the Circulation/Report screen.


Step 2. Enter or Specify the Information

Field Description
Subject Enter or choose a registered subject for the circular/report.
Recipients Select users who receive this circular/report.
You can choose a recipient which is created in [Recipients Settings].
Details Type text of the circular/report.
You can create the circular/report in both text format and HTML format.

* Please refer Creating HTML Formatted Content for more information.
Attachment Files Click [Attach] button to attach files to this circular.
Priority Select [Urgent], [High], [Normal] or [Low] in [Priority] according to the importance of the circular/report.
Closing Date In [Closing Date], specify the closing date until which the recipients can enter comments.
* Circulars/reports which have not been completed and older than the closing date are completed automatically.

Step 3. Click .
Click this button to display the confirmation screen.


Step 4. Click .
Click this button to create the circular/report and send it to the recipients' Arrival Tarry. The circular/report is saved in Sent Tray.


Copy & Create New Circular/Report
When you click [Copy & Create New] button on the browse screen, "Subject", "Recipients", "Details", "Attachments", and "Priority" are copied and New Circular/Report screen is displayed.
* The owner of the circular/report you copied is included in the recipient of new circular/report.


Resend Circulars/Reports
When you open a circular/report you created, [Resend] button is displayed. If you click [Resend] button, "Subject", "Recipients", "Details", "Attachments", "Priority" and "Closing Date" are copied and New Circular/Report screen is displayed.
* The comments of the circulars/reports remain after resend.

To Add Subjects and Forms
You can register the subject names to [Subject] field by using [General Options] - [Subject Settings].
You can add forms to the form list in [Details] by using [Personal Preferences] - [Form Settings] in the Sub-window.
