You can create messages in HTML format in Circulation/Report application.
* This guide uses Circulation/Report application to show how to create an HTML message.
1. To Create an HTML Message
Step 1-1. Click .
Click in the details.
Step 1-2. Select a Form
Select a form from the list of forms.
Step 1-3. Click this button
Click this button to back to the compose screen and the form you selected will be displayed.
2. Updating an HTML Form
* If you want to create a form or update an existing form, refer this section.
Step 2-1. Click .
Click in the details.
2-2. To Add a Control
Step 2-2-1. Click .
Click in the details.
Step 2-2-2. Select a Control
Select a control you want to add from the list.
* Please refer this guide for the detail of each control.
Step 2-2-3. Enter or Specify the Properties
Specify properties of the control.
Each control has different properties.
* If you enter a title text, the text will be displayed in the left of the control.
Step 2-2-4. Click this button
Click this button to back to the detail screen and the control you added will be displayed.
2-3. To Update a Control
Step 2-3-1. Click .
Click on the left side of the control you want to update.
Step 2-3-2. Enter or Specify the Properties
Specify properties of the control.
* You can change the control. Select the control from the list.
Step 2-3-3. Click this button
Click this button to back to the detail screen and the control you updated will be displayed.
2-4. To Delete Controls
Step 2-4-1. Select Rows or Controls
If you want to delete all controls in a row, select the row.
If you want to delete a control, select the control.

Rows or controls in state will be selected.
All
All the controls will be selected regardless of whether controls are displayed in the list or not.
Step 2-4-2. Click
When you click this button a confirmation message will be displayed.
Step 2-4-3. Click this button
Click this button to complete the deletion.
To Display Preview of an HTML Message
If you want to preview the message, click [Preview] link.
The preview screen will be displayed.
