Moving Document

Step 1. Select a Folder
Choose the folder in which the document you want to move is stored.


Step 2. Select the Documents You Want to Move
Select documents you want to move from the [Selection Range].
Selection Range Description
Checked The documents in state will be selected in the list.
All
the Documents in This Page
All the documents displayed in this page will be selected.
All All the documents will be selected regardless of whether documents are displayed in the list or not.

Step 3. Click
Click [Move to Other Folder]. The documents to be moved will be displayed.
Step 4. Choose a Destination Folder
Click the radio button beside the destination folder.

Step 5. Click .
Click [Move to Other Folder] to complete.
