Updating Document

Step 1. Select a Folder
Choose the folder in which the document you want to edit is stored.


Step 2. Click "Title" Link
Click "Title" link in the document list.


Step 3. Enter or Specify the Information
Edit necessary information.

Step 4. Click .
Click this button to complete.
* If you don't have the edit right, [OK] button will not be displayed and you cannot edit the fields.
* If the document is "Being updated", you cannot edit the document. Only the system administrators and the owner of the document can edit the document.
