To Select Users (Select Users by Using Group Search)
Step 1. Search in Groups
Click this button to display public groups in tree view.
Step 2. Select a Group
Click a group in the tree view to display users who belong to the group on the top right of the screen.
*If [Use JavaScript] in [General Design Preferences] is set to "Use", "Division" is not displayed.
Step 3. Select Users
Select user(s) displayed in the list at the top right of the screen and click .
* Clicking allows you to select all the users in the list.
Step 4. Complete the Selection
To complete the selection, select user(s) in the list and click [OK] button.
* Clicking allows you to select all the users in the list.
* Searching by Private Group
Click this button to display a list of the private groups.
Click a group in the tree view to display users who belong to the group on the top right of the screen.
* Searching by User Name
Click this button to display the fields to enter search conditions.
Specify "Name", "Job Title", "E-mail Address" and/or "Phone" and click to search for users.
Users who are matched the search conditions will be displayed in the list on top right of the screen.
* Searching by Group
Click this button to display public groups in tree view.
Click a group in the tree view to display users who belong to the group on the top right of the screen.
