Updating Reservation

1. To Edit a Reservation

Step 1-1. Click the Link of the Reservation

Step 3-1. Click the Link of the Reservation

Step 1-2. Enter or Specify the Information

You can change any fields as you did upon addition.

Step 1-3. Click .

Click this button to complete.

2. To Edit a Recurring Reservation

Step 2-1.

Click the Link of the Recurring Reservation icon will be displayed at recurring reservations.

Step 2-2. Enter or Specify the Information

Select the range to edit/delete the recurring reservations in [Range of Edit/Delete].
Select the period of the changed event in [Range of Edit].
You can change other fields as you did upon addition.

Step 2-3. Click .

Click this button to complete.

Field	e.g.
Range of Edit/Delete	The reservation on 3/5/2002 only The reservations on and after 3/5/2002 All the Reservations
Range of Edit	~ * The range of events checked in [Range of Edit/Delete] will be changed.
Recurring Event
Time

In above example, the repeating Reservation will be an event only on 3/5/2002.

3. To Edit a Recurring Reservation

To Edit an Irregular Reservation

Step 3-1. Click the Link of the Reservation

Click the link on [Group/Day], [Group/Week], [Day], [Week] or [Month] view.

Select the range to edit/delete the recurring reservations in [Range of Edit/Delete].
Select the period of the changed event in [Range of Edit].
Select the period of the changed reservation in [Range of Edit].

Step 3-3. Click .

Click this button to complete.

Range of Edit	Range of Edit Select date by year/month/day or the calendar to add. Select date by year/month/day or the calendar to add.

Access Rights

You cannot delete reservations of facilities for which you don't have the Edit right in [General Options]-[Facility Settings].
You cannot edit reservations of facilities for which you don't have the Edit right in [General Options]-[Facility Settings].
