Screen Configurations

A screen that similar to the following will be displayed when entering a web conference room.
A confirmation dialog to request a permission to use your camera and microphone might appear.
Choose allow to give a permission to use your camera and microphone.

* Please check the >Device Test Tool to see if you can use web conference in your system environment.

• Title of web conference and operation buttons
  (For more explanation, refer to  Web Conference > Header .)
• The Main View of web conference. Screens of participants that has been assigned by a person-in-charge will be displayed.
  (For more explanation, refer to  Web Conference > Main View / Member View .)
• Participants who are not assigned to Main View will be assigned to Members View.
  * The participants in Members View are muted.

• The other features.
