Notepad (System Management)

To See Current Settings

Click "Current Settings" of Settings Menu to go to Current Settings screen.
You can see the current settings of Notepad.

• This shows who are the application administrators.
  When you press the link, Administrator Settings screen is displayed.
• Setting value of how many items are displayed per page is displayed.
  Click the link to go to General Settings screen.

To Setup General Settings

Click "General Settings" of Settings Menu and go to General Settings screen.
You can configure the general settings of Notepad.

• Select how many items to display on screen.
  * This value can be changed by individual user.

Click "Update" button to save the changes.

To Setup Application Administrators

Click "Administrator Settings" of Settings Menu to go to Administrator Settings screen.
You can give application administrator roles to users to let them perform application management tasks. (They are called Application Administrators.)

• Select users, roles.
  When you press "Select User/Role" button, User/Role Selection window is displayed.
  (For more details about user/role selection, please refer to  Common Functions for All Screens > User/Group/Role Selection  in User's Manual.)
• Unselect users, roles.
  
• Users and roles you selected are displayed.
  

Click "Update" button to save the changes.

To Set Space of Each User

Click "Disk Space Settings" of Settings Menu to go to Disk Space Settings screen.
You can set how much space each user can take to store notes.

• Limit puts a limit to the amount of storage on users selected in the list.
  Select users you want to limit the amount of storage from the list and click this button. You can select more than one user.
  * If you cannot limit the storage size of users whom Disk Space is not set.
• Do Not Limit remove limits to the amount of space on users selected in the list.
  Select users you want to remove the storage limit from the list and click this button. You can select more than one user.
• Setup the limit in bulk.
  When you press the button Batch Setting screen is displayed.
  
• Users who belong to the group you selected are displayed.
  When you press "Select Group" button, Group Selection window is displayed.
• The list of users are displayed.
  When you press a link of Name, Individual Setting screen is displayed.
  * You cannot select items (all items) displayed in another page at once.

To Set Space of a User

Click the link of a user's name and go to Individual Setting screen.

• This shows whose limit you are setting now.
  
• Enter how much space the can use to save data.
• Choose whether to limit the size set by Disk Space.
  If you choose "Do Not Limit", the storage size is ignored.

Click "Update" button to save the changes.

To Set Space of Multiple Users at Once

On Disk Space Settings screen, click "Switch to Batch Setting" and go to Batch Setting screen.

• Enter amount of space the user can take to store notes.
• Choose whether to limit the size set by Disk Space.
  If you choose "Do Not Limit", the storage size is ignored.
• Select users to setup the disk space settings.
  When you press "Select" button, Select User window is displayed. Select a user that you want to set.

Click "Update" button to save the changes.
