Manage Layout and Assign Users

A person-in-charge can configure Main View with the following windows.



Choose Layout window allows you to manage the layout of Main View and assign participants to be displayed on it.
Show on Screen window allows you to assign the selected participants to Main View.

Explanations of each window are written below.

Choose Layout Window

• Click the layout button on header.

Show on Screen Window

• Click a screen icon on participant list.
• Click a user screen on Members View.

Choose Layout

• Number of screens to be displayed on Main View.
• Layout of Main View.
• Layout view of Main View.
• Users selection to be assigned to Main View.

Layouts that can be selected depend on the number of participants.
Click OK button to change the Main View that being displayed by all participants.

Example of Layout

• Open layout selection window from header.
  
  
  
  
• Select a layout.
  In this example, layout of 3 to 5 screens is selected.
  If layout of 2 or more screens is selected, position and size of each screen can be selected.
  
  
  
  
• Select users to be displayed on Main View.
  The displayed numbers are according to the numbers that being displayed on layout preview.
  Select a screen from the layout preview or user selection drop box to assign.
  
  
  
  
• Click OK button to change the Main View that being displayed by all participants.
  
  
  

Show on Screen

• Name of a participant is displayed.
• The layout view of Main View.

Select a screen to be assigned to a user. Layout of Main View can not be changed.
Click OK button to change the Main View.
Participants who already assigned to the selected location will exchange positions with newly assigned participants.

Example

• Click a user from Members View or screen icon on member list.
  
  


• In the layout preview of Main View, click and select a position to which you want to assign a participant.
  In this example, a user is placed to a location that already been assigned.
  
  


• Click OK button to assign the user.
  At this point, the Main View that being displayed by all participants is reflected.
  Participants who already assigned to the selected location will exchange positions with newly assigned participants.
